How long will it take to process my order?

  • Items purchased from the online store are processed and shipped within two business days of purchase. Tracking your package will be the best way to estimate your expected date of delivery. Processing time for custom orders vary. Send all inquiries to info@atozcustomtees.com.

How can I track my package?

  • Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. 


How will my order be shipped?

  • Once orders are processed, they are shipped via USPS or UPS. 

What is your return policy?

  • Returns and refunds are available upon request in the event there is an issue with your purchase. Email your order number and reason for your request to info@atozcustomtees.com within 14 days of delivery. Items cannot be refunded if they have been worn. See our Refund Policy to learn more.

Do you do custom orders?

  • Yes, we welcome custom orders for individuals as well as groups. Click Request Quote to provide details on your request. A response will be provided within one business day.
